Chris offers a 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour individual drum lesson in a professional rehearsal and recording studio 9m x 4m. The aim is to give coaching using a professional drum kit, working on the students’ technique, rhythm, groove playing and feel. The student can be a beginner or advanced, amateur or professional. The important factor is energy and enthusiasm for drumming. The lesson includes drumming with Chris, use of playback CD’s (to create the band), the learning of drum notation, plus the option to record the student in the studio onto CD. Chris has a variety of drum books with all styles of drumming including pop, rock, latin, soul, R’n’B, funk, jazz or reggae. Chris can even teach military snare drum & rudiments and uses his own drum arrangements written specially for the student!

Chris has been a professional drummer/percussionist for 19 years and has played with hundreds of famous artists including; Irene Cara (Fame and Flashdance), Luke Goss, (Bros), Edwin Starr, The Pasadenas and Rob de Nijs to name but a few and is currently permanent drummer with Killer Queen (World's best Queen tribute band: see also www.killerqueenonline.com). He has also played drums & percussion in countless Musicals both in London’s West-end and on tour throughout Europe including; “Cats”, “Starlight Express”, Return to the Forbidden Planet”, “Elvis the Musical”, “The Roy Orbison Story”, “Leader of the Pack” and most recently “All you need is Love”.

De les wordt gegeven in een professionele oefen/opname studio van 9m op 4. Er wordt op een professionele drumkit gewerkt aan het ritme, de techniek en de “feel”van de student. De student kan beginner, gevorderde, amateur of professioneel zijn, het belangrijkste aspect is energie en het enthousiasme voor drummen! Het drumwerk van de student kan opgenomen worden in de studio indien hij/zij dit wenst. Hij heeft een enorme varieteit aan drumboeken in echt alle stijlen, Pop, Rock, Soul, R&b, Funk, Jazz en Reggae.
